MM is a great game but if you have $13k in your pocket to spend you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't try a bunch of other games and see what's for sale. You have a lot of options at that price point. Seattle has a good collector community and you never know what you will find for sale.
But it's an emotional decision too and if MM is what you need... so be it and enjoy your game!
