    next pin is James Bond!

    #2 5 years ago

A “classic” 007 pinball could be pretty bad ass.

    #3 5 years ago

    Bond is coming!

    #4 5 years ago

    Dumb

    #6 5 years ago

You gotta admit, the post is a little troll-y.

I'm serious - I believe a new bond pin is coming!

    #8 5 years ago

I hate these types of dumb topics. Complete waste.

ok so i pulled the legs pf the Jaws gang but I believe a new Bond pin is on the way -serious.

    #12 5 years ago

If it was the 1st of April I'd have laughed.

    #13 5 years ago

    Let's look at the evidence:

    Neil is British.

    Bond is British.

We may have to give him the benefit of the doubt here. At the very least it's clear HE believes a Bond pin is coming.

    #14 5 years ago

Is this based on anything, or is there just red yarn and pictures in a hub and spoke pattern on the wall of your apartment (which presumably has no furniture, other than a wooden chair and a pillow).

    #15 5 years ago

happy to admit if I'm wrong but wait until end of march... have no evidence to share but comes from a reliable source.

    #16 5 years ago

Sweet! Speculation threads have been based upon FAR less.

OK, so seems to me Bond is a licensing nightmare. I'd guess they'd have to pick ONE Bond and go with it. Craig Bond makes sense as he's the current one.

But for this aging and doughy demographic, I'm thinking Moore would be the best seller - he was Bond growing up for the 40s-50s crowd. Plus he's pushing up daisies so might be easier to deal with his estate than cranky greedy bastard Sean Connery or pretty boy Remington Steele (who already has his own crappy Stern game).

Plus, let's face it, Moore has the best Bond car ever, the one that turns into a sub.

    Looking forward to this one!!

Man Everybody is so cranky around here. It's funny and it really isn't of base at all. Just a rumor like a million others here.

I can't imagine it really ruined any Jaws' fans day but then I know this is serious business !!!

    #19 5 years ago

    I'm cereal, this thread sucks

    #20 5 years ago

ok folks I've changed the thread title, can we be friends again ?

People are still mad at you for posting those Potc pictures 15 minutes before the official reveal.

I merely joined two parts of the internet together

    so
live and let die multi ball
    "shocking" frenzy
    mr big blow up
for your eyes only strobe mode
    lotus turbo esprit mode
    mooonraker launch mode

    etc. etc

    #23 5 years ago

no sense going out half-cocked add-a-ball

    Scaramanga skill shot

    #24 5 years ago

A Bond pinball would be epic. I imagine the only thing that has held it back over the years is licensing.

Would love to see this if they can put all of the pieces together to make it happen.

The click bait approach of his original title was dumb. I have no problem with his new title and speculation. He clearly made it seem like it was related to Stern Jaws and for someone that looks at these boards for the latest news, I opened up thinking prob not but why would someone be a douche and click bait in a pinball forum. Well I forgot people like that exist so here we are. Complete garbage.

    New title is fine though

    #26 5 years ago

    I forgot its grinch season

    #27 5 years ago

Just make Idris Elba Bond already! That dude is smooth as shit.

    #28 5 years ago

I'd buy a Goldfinger pin. Who doesn't love Pussy Galore? Come on Stern!

    That’s why it was funny.

Click bait is funny when it’s clever and funny. Usually it isn’t. But Neil knocked one out of the box here!!

jaws pin or a lack of it is a touchy topic

    #31 5 years ago

Nice!.....but which one? all of them??

The only thing that could make that better is if they switched their bottom halves.

Daniel Craig Skyfall is the best!

    #37 5 years ago

Jack (JJP) has apparently repeatedly hinted that he either had the license or wanted it. Never heard a word on Stern Bond.

Yeah, I’m a Bond fan but damn if I didn’t click on this for a shark. I’ve got Jaws on the brain.

Skyfall? No. Craig in Casino Royale . Magic.

    #40 5 years ago

JJP would do the pin justice and a timeless pin theme, would love this game

hey Tommy Tsskinne this would be right up your alley

    #41 5 years ago

I think I have a got a awesome way to effectively link all the bond movies in one game, but keeping it for a custom game, if I can ever pull my finger out - just not enough hours in a day / year

    #42 5 years ago

Well it could be good, but not a cheapo Stern, please.

Agreed. Casino Royal is the best Bond movie since Goldfinger.

Roger Moore had his own Bond pinball too!!!!
I'd prefer a Roger Moore one for a few reasons... First his films were just more fun. They had more outlandish gadgets and I liked his sense of humor a bit better... Subjective I know... But, also he had more women, and better looking women. One of my favorite b-movie actresses Caroline Munroe even gets blown up by Roger Moore. She was in the Spy Who Loved me for 5 minutes and got blown up after winking at him.

    #47 5 years ago

I recently saw On Her Majesty's Secret Service and while I grew up with Roger and love Sean, enjoy all the films this has become my favorite of the entire series. I would love to see a new Bond pin don't care what which Bond they use.

    #48 5 years ago

If this is true I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s another high end Kapow title. Joe K sort of hinted at something else being in the works in an odd way when asked during podcast for Beatles.

Agree, it’s my favourite Bond. There’s a great documentary on Lazenby called Becoming Bond.

The story is great but I just cannot get past the dubbed dialog, it's like watching a movie where most of the actor's voices are in English and one is subtitled, only maybe worse.
