When I check for speech data on IC10 Pin 39 I see it is just high with no activity. Same with IC1 Pins 12 & 13.
W2, W5, W9, W10, W15 are connected.
I think I get sound with no interval and no Speech.
This is what it does.

I have a second sound board and a second speech board - both do the same thing.
The only thing common to both is that I only have 1 IC12 on the sound board and have been moving it back and forth between the two sound boards.
Any ideas?

PINTEC Thank you for that. I put the sound rom 3 in at IC12 and it still didn't work. I checked the IC 5,6, and 7 on the speech board and pin #24 was bent under on IC6, straightened that out and it's working perfectly now.
I also found out my spare speech board is for Jungle Lord because it started saying something about Jungle Lord when I tested it with the fixed sound board.
