Good flippers are the key. Maybe unwind some of the coil to give it a bit lore power? I have no problem getting the upper lock with a cpr playfield and rebuilt flippers.
I have a harder time with the right side playfield lock. Often the ball will fly up the star rollover and touch the plastic enough to slow the ball down and it doesn't reach the capture hole.
