Things Ive checked;
1) Coil/diode solder connections.
2) Cabinet switch.
3) Ran diagnostic self test-right flipper coil did not fire.
4) Jumpered coil with 28 volts-works.
5) Cleaned Molex pins on J plugs.
6) Checked voltage on driver board 2J12 pins-no voltage when right flipper button pressed.
7) Reseated 40 pin interconnection to MPU.
8) Searched Pinside forums for answers.
9) POSTED THIS THREAD CAUSE IM STUCK...

Case closed thanks to help from a fellow pinball are on pinball repair help group Facebook forum. When he told me I should have power at the flipper coil at all times and that the switch is on the ground side a light bulb went off in my head. I chased the power side blue violet wire down on the right flipper all the way back to the power board and it was a loose wire inside the Molex connector connection.
