What is the value and type of the main A/C fuse on a Firepower II? I'm sure the one I have in there isn't right, the label fell off the board years ago, and the manual that I have only says "ac fuse".

You can use a 4A fast blow if you want. The game does not draw anywhere near 8A.

You game draws less than 2.5A

I have a 5A FB in there now and it's holding. I'll probably just leave it and get some 8's to keep on hand in case it does let go.

No correctly operating pinball machine draws more than 2.5 amps, so your 5A will never blow.

Using the smaller fuse is actually safer - it will blow sooner in a fault condition.
