Ok my Firepower pin is yelling at me.

Normally when you complete the 4 lanes at the top of the PF (letters F I R E) it says "Fire"
Then if you also hit the three targets on the right (blue lights) it says "Power" or if you have one and then get the other it says "FirePower" in one word.

While playing lately no matter what lights are lit, or not, the machine is incessantly saying "FirePower" over and over, but its definitely directly related to the right flipper button. about every other or every third time I push the flipper button, it sounds out "firepower"
It has become so annoying I can hardly play it anymore.

Has anybody heard of this problem? Other than 1 full stick of dynamite what should I look for.

Like all machines, it seems... that if one has the problem, many others can have the same or similar issue. Hopefully it's an easy fix.

I'll do the same, if I can figure it out i'll post.

Wow i'm officially glazed over, but it looks managable. I failed to mention I have a replacement sound board, because when I got the game, It had no sounds whatsoever. It had been working just fine, and then started the "firepower" bit over and over.

After replacing the sound board, everything seemd to work fine, so I didn't replace the speech board... still using the original.

I still have the original board, and this may help me diagnose it's problem too.
