Williams had a boat load of leaf switches that were assembled incorrectly. One blade was installed upside down.
You can disassemble the switch and correct the issue, but sometimes the gold plating will be destroyed on one contact and cleaning alone will not last long.
Pinball Resource sells blades & contacts to rebuild them.
