I didn't tell you to iron them out. I said apply them with a heat gun, or a hair dryer. You need hot air to apply these decals. The material is designed to be manipulated with warmth.
If there are torn areas in the decals (or anything else wrong with them) then I will replace them at our own expense but wrinkles/crinkles/creases are not an issue with our material. Please send me photos so I can see, not an overall photo from halfway across the room. I've tried to talk to you about this over email but you haven't replied.
If you're not going to listen to the manufacturer's instructions then what's the point?
I am shocked by what happened to your tube, I've never seen one mishandled as badly as that and I can only appologise on behalf of USPS.
