Finally got my hands on an LE my local barcade got. Unfortunately it was just unboxed so it had a few issues. Most notably the left orbit didn't work. Hopefully it's sorted soon because this is the first new game in a while that left a great first impression on me. The upper playfield shoots really great, the light show is awesome, and it seems like one of those games it's going to take me a while to wrap my head around optimal strategies.

I think the prem/LE is a no brainer based on my short time with it.

My premium should be ready soon I'd think. Can't wait.

I did request they have no extra holes in them from the maker so we shall see.

I ordered the topper yesterday from Stern and it is out for delivery by UPS today. Being one day from Chicago via UPS is nice. Of course, the last time I ordered the Kiss topper I opened the box to find the Walking Dead topper looking up at me.

I'm present and accounted for. And the best part of this thread? No Kaneda.

It's the dragon/Targaryan kickback. Gotta do it 6 times. The animation is often so delayed that it seems to be granted from other shots, which had me baffled for a while

I really want a topper but dang, $500 is steep. Maybe one day I'll give in but for now I'm passing on it. Did order a shaker motor though.

Speaking of shaker motors, I've heard of issues with them on spike games. Wasn't there something you had to look for to make sure you don't blow a board?

Those side rails look great on the Premium. Very cool the LE has the fire and blood and dragon and the Premium has their own options too.

I was thinking of this if I don't go with the Stern topper. My wife collects dragons (thus the LE and not a prem) and this is from her collection. Pretty heavy though for what it is at about 5 pounds. Or maybe just not topper at all (leaning that way).

I'm interested to see how the gold purchase system fleshes out eventually. That was one of the things I was most excited about before getting the game and hearing about the rule set. I like the concept of a currency that affects features. Seems like potential for some neat things there.

I have to think the current Iron Bank/button system is kind of a placeholder. Cashing in multipliers for a couple million points doesn't amount to much when you're looking to reach the billions. I find myself just hitting the button when draining.

What would be a better use? Maybe double current multipliers for a period of time before setting back to 1x. Or cash in for gold, provided the purchases improve. Advancing each house by a shot for every so many multipliers. Lowering the shots needed to complete a house battle.

Never bought a NIB pin but thinking of getting a GoT premium or LE. Any recommended distributors? Looks like most places are out of stock ... I would take reputable and decent price over in stock, but maybe I can find all 3.

I just put mine on the Pro and had to screw the bottom down. Looks pretty good and was able to just screw them in without using a drill.

The airball reminds me of the TWDLE airballs off the bicycle girl ramp. It seems to be coming off early in the ramp, so I'm not sure if that Lexan Shdield comes down far enough.

I've only put 40-50 games on my premium buy no airballs off the right ramp.

I've put in over 400 games on my premium. Only air balls I get are during multiball. Just from so much going on at once.

GoT LE rules. Steve Ritchie rules. Those 3-inch flippers on the mini PF are tuning in my soft touch on the flippers. . Trying to manage play in the upper and lower PFs during MB is way too much fun. Hurts the brain.....but I love it. Different than WPT and ELVIS, but similar in their upper PFs and multiple flippers for that dual PF MB experience. All of them are GREAT fun!! SR Rules. Whats next? Jimi Hendrix?

LE #67 checking in. Had two months have only played maybe 15 games. Ripped a tendon in bicep. Will be trying to play again this weekend. It hurts to play, almost as bad as not playing. Can't win. LOL

I have to decide in next two weeks if I'm getting surgery. See specialist Tuesday. Hearing you had to wait that long to play again. Man, it's been hard these 6 weeks for me. I've played it here and there when the arm was having a good day. How long before you were 100%?
