I dont charge any type of finders fee. I will let people know they owe me one.
It also depends on the situation. If I have someone looking for a funhouse. I then come across one for a good price. Let's just say 3k. I will buy it and then resell it at a mark up depending on how much I need to do to the game. Now if I came across a funhouse that was really nice but there is no money to be made trying to middle the deal, I will happily pass the info along to my buyer, and he now "owes me one."
