Two ways to do it: the hard way, which involves hitting all the light cycle inserts before draining one of the balls, or the easier way, which is to do a combo of the left ramp, quorra, and then finish it off with either GEM or the inner ramp shot.
Light Cycle is the hardest mode to complete in my opinion.
