Bit of a rant here, so forgive me. I’ve been waiting quite a while for my Mmr, and it finally arrived yesterday. It sat in my garage until today, which I took work off to set up. In preparation for moving my new pin I purchased a new appliance Dolley from Global Industries. It’s been sitting in my garage about six weeks. Super exciting right?!
When my pin arrived yesterday, everything looked great. Mark and his team from Hemispheres amusements did a great job. This is usually the part that is frustrating; receiving a damaged pinball machine. My frustration is not with the pinball, but the damn dolley! I strap MMR to my dolly this morning and the wheel falls off. Apparently the pin had fallen out (how exactly does that happen?) and now the bearings are MIA, making the Dolly unusable.
The worst part is that I let a friend borrow my other dolly to help family move out of town. I’ve been searching the garage for hours looking for the bearing and pin so I can get it set up. Now I’m running to Home Depot to buy another Dolly.
Dammit!

The bearings fell out too.

Looks more like you're missing a bushing on that wheel. I'd buy better wheels.

Under the skid by chance.

Throw that dolly in the garbage. You have real pins get yourself a real hand truck. I see you lent yours to a friend but I would still get that one out.

Finally got it moved in and set up, albeit not in the basement. My wife’s going to be pissed when she comes home tomorrow and finds it in her dining room.

I'd put something under the leg levelers to protect the floor

Been there. Move it now before she comes home. You might be able to get more at a later date.

Blame a local Pinsider, for telling you that this was a great place to set it up! You will need a great excuse, to save your ass from needing a sling, after she sees it there.

Home Depot, UHaul, and SunBelt all rent appliance dollys too.

Man I would've thrown a blanket under the box and just drag it wherever it needed to go.

I've moved lots of heavy stuff on a blanket, lol. It helps to have travertine, tile or hardwoods obviously.

It's ghetto, but it works.

One of the reasons I don't like loaning tools. It seems to never fail, you'll need it and the borrower is sitting on it. All my neighbors seem to think I'm the go to place for tools. They don't buy anything while I spend thousands just so they can borrow them. My neighbor had my jumper cables and 6' ladder for a whole week and made no effort to return them. How do you even own a house and not have a simple ladder? Oh, I know how. Just borrow rx3's stuff. No need to buy anything. Rant over

Think I can borrow your ladder next?

It's easier if I just buy you a ladder. In fact, whoever needs a ladder, just send me your address for a free ladder. Ok that was a joke. Knowing all the cheapos here, I can see my PM's quickly filling up

Looks great there but better put coasters under the legs before you scrape the floor
Then she’s really going to be pissed

I wonder if it would have been cheaper to buy a new set of wheels from Harbor Freight.
