Over the last 4 1/2 years I have owned pins, and been attending Pin events like Golden State, it seems I don't always like some of the commonly recognized popular pins. In now owning a Royal Flush, the realization of why finally struck. I am a very average player. In league (way back in the PC, Pre Covid, days) I was that guy pretty much in the middle of the pack at the end of the season. And at least some, of the popular games, are so partly because they are really challenging games that test a players skill. But for me, really challenging, doesn't always equal fun as when RF about the 10th game in a row has beaten me into submission. When there is the rare good game, it feels great, but in between, not so much. It kind of relates to why some people like American football with its high score totals, and others like soccer because a score is an event. I am the football type.
Posting this to see if I am alone in feeling this way. Or if there are other average players out there struggling to like the challenging Royal Flush type games.
