It gets easier with time. I remember when I let my first couple go, the money in hand was great; but it sucked to see them leave.
NOW....
Man, I think I traded 5 away just last year alone, and I just let a sub 200 play IMVE from Aug 2015 go last month. Felt like I let go of a step child who was the black sheep of the family - couldn't have cared less.
It'll get better
