Thanks for the replies!
I'm going to locate some Novus #2 for the playfield, #1 for the plastics, and I've read good things about Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba. Obviously, my goal is to preserve the finish.
A new rubber kit is already on hand. Flippers will be adjusted in an attempt to get them off of the wood. I'm not sure what's going on with the drop(ped) targets (or anything else really!) as I've not yet had it plugged in or powered up.
This is my first machine and this is all new to me, so I'm trying to take baby steps with this project.
I like that idea - remove the surface grunge with an old t-shirt and the highest % alcohol I can find prior to using anything else abrasive (Novus, Magic Eraser).
Again, thanks for the replies!
Novus 2 and an old cotton t-shirt did the trick (and to a much lesser degree, 91% isopropyl & magic eraser) - thanks to all for your guidance!
Quoted from callmesteam:Looking at the subject title real quick, I thought there was a new pin location called Filthy Jacks that was now OPEN. I feel letdown...
ABQ hasn't got a Filthy Jack's yet?
Quoted from callmesteam:Nope, but we have a Jacks to Open available! albuquerque.craigslist.org link
$350 & it's still available? Buy now!
