So for my fiftieth birthday on Sept. 29th we will be hosting an IFPA tournament right here at my house! Now THAT'S a way to spend a birthday! The post title is also the name of the tournament as we'll be submitting it to Josh Sharpe at IFPA.

Lotsa pinball, lotsa friends, food and drink. Can't beat that!

Not to mention we intend to host at least six IFPA events here a year. Many Seattle places are getting really lazy about submitting scores to the IFPA or even holding tournaments, so we decided to pick up the slack here at The House With No Name.

Pinball is picking up again! Seattle must be part of it too!

Williams Stardust, Eight Ball Deluxe LE, and Lord Of The Rings now call this place home.
We're still trying to come up with a name for the house. My choice is Tilted Towers. Cathy wants Arkham North. Dunno what Adam's choice is yet.
Anyways, we now have thirteen living pinball machines at our place, with at least another five coming for the tournament.
Contacting a number of the local brewers. I think the Fifty Beers part will be easy. I may even get some bottles from my cellar for this occasion. Abyss 2009, anyone?
