The transistor at Q66 needs to be tested. The transistor when grounded sends power to a relay board which then turns on the motor. The relay or associated board components could be bad, have bad solder joints on the board (common) or the connector is bad. If you have a meter you can test the transistor on the power driver board to see if its good.

With the power to the game off...
Place your meter into diode mode

Place the black lead of your DMM on the metal tab of the transistor

Probe each of the flanking legs with the red lead

.4 to .6 volts is a normal reading. Readings outside of this range indicate a failed transistor

Probe the center leg with the red lead

A "short" (0.00) should be seen. If not, then the transistor has failed.
