So this doesn't happen very often, so I feel the need to celebrate the small victories. On a hunch I replaced the GI relay under the playfield of my Cyclone. It is a $20 part, which is a lot less than a power supply board repair or replacement. The GI lights were out on one side, so I thought, why not swap out the relay? Fixed it, now the game is 100% good. I'm stoked. Yeah!!!!
I can't stop looking at it....so much more beautiful with both sides illuminated. Life's simple pleasures...

Nice job! While you've got the old one out of the game, check the solder pads around the male connectors. It can't hurt to re-flow the solder joints to see if that would fix your old relay board. If it does, then you have a spare!
