I have personally had to deal with Fedx for loss and it was a pain in the ass as they claimed it was delivered and it was, to the wrong address. I had ordered a pascal sound board and it had been a while, so I checked tracking and it was listed as delivered the previous day, (impossible as I had been on vacation for the week). I must have had thirty or more phone conversations which all ended in, "we show delivery to the address listed". Couple more days of talking and getting nowhere, my doorbell rings and it is a guy who ask me my name and then says this is yours and hands me the package containing my board...... Seems he lives at 48** Section Rd. and my address is 48** Section Ave., same numbers only difference street designation Rd.-Ave.. Contacted Fedx and suggested they inform their drivers to actually look at the address before delivering. Now I won't use them any other way than requiring a signature.
