Contantino Mitchell - I think his early stuff is better than his later games, but that may have been driven by management rather than his choices.
Mitchell? really? which titles? There are a few that his name is on, but his work was limited.. i.e., Time Fantasy is not really_ Mitchell IMO.
It's a sin that Parker has not been mentioned yet.... Great style, always a bit of humour shoehorned into a fantastic package.

Funny you mention photoshop.. that would probably be the only art from O'Connor that didn't age as well as the rest of his amazing portfolio.

So many classic art to choose from, but I have to throw out there Brian Allen as one of the best new ones out there. His alternate art pieces for some of the Bally/Williams pins is starting to turn heads.
