Whats everyones favorite? Mine is star wars trilogy lol i have a lot of found memorys playing that game as a kid.

Guns n' Roses & Tales from the Crypt as far as DE pins go.

For Sega, I'd have to go with Goldeneye.

Watching the boat captain's head inexplicably blow up after being crushed by Xenia Onatopp's thighs during some rough sex, is too much. I usually bust up laughing in the arcades playing.

To be honest, I can't discount Starship Troopers & Lost in Space as other fun Sega pins. Lost in Space in particular is kind of a simple game, and a bit annoying (the robot voice overs), but its pretty fun.

Wow...Alot of people thought SWT was one of the worst next to Lost World...
Sega...Batman Forever & Godzilla
D.E.....Star Wars & Laser War

dr.bond that dmd animation sounds hilarious just by reading it i laughed out loud.

Schusler i havent played it in a while my decision will most likely change if i played it now. Last time i played it i was 7 years old lol. I havent played too many sega games.

I like Tales from the Crypt from DE. It's one of the first pinball machines I ever played. I got to play it afterhours at a pool hall where my buddies older brother worked. One of my first great memories of pinball...

I'll throw my vote in for Jurassic Park, since it's the only game I own so far... I would rate it top DE regardless.

#7 13 years ago

Wes...You gotta play Batman Forever! It'll take your breath away....

#8 13 years ago

lol i was watching videos of it yesterday i really want to play it.

Colb i came across a huo jurassic park the other day i wish i had the money to get it. Its such an awsome game.

Star trek 25th Anniversary is hands down my favorite Data East/Sega. I also like South Park, Baywatch, TFTC, Robocop, TMNT, and Back to the Future.

Tales from the crypt

#12 13 years ago

Damn im still getting used to the abreviations lol. Do you have a favorite erak?

#14 13 years ago

here are my favorite data machines:

Tommy, tales from the crypt, guns n' roses.

Phantom of the opera is also a great alphanumeric pin !

#15 13 years ago

It's still kinda funny all the abbreviations for WW. I usually assume people talk about Whirlwind when talking about WW (White Water is WH2O), but may in fact talk about Waterworld. Doh!

#16 13 years ago

Ya the abreviations are rather anoyying when you are new to pinball forums id rather have people use the actuall name since ther are more than 5,000 pinball machines.

i'm going with colb on this one. JP...where's the love people???

number 1 tho ...Tommy

1..tommy
2.. jp (very close to number 1)
3.. tftc (tho the laugh annoys me)
tie for 4th.. lah and star wars

#18 13 years ago

Batman Forever
Starship Troopers
Star Wars Trilogy

Haven't played Tommy or GNR and don't like how JP plays.

#19 13 years ago

Tommy
Jurassic Park
Apollo 13

#20 13 years ago

For me:

1). JP: The game play is amazing and I am a sucker for the roaring T-Rex!

2). BttF: This game has no depth whatsoever as it is a pure shooter's machine. However it looks great, can play fast, and has amazing sound and music!

3). TFTC: Looks very good and plays great. For me the laugh is not a bother and, also, it is easy to achieve multiball which can be nice when a novice plays. However, I do not like how TFTC uses sounds from other DE games.

I have not had a chance to do so, yet I would like to try Apollo 13.

I think GNR is the best de pin by a mile. I had a JP but I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. I haven't owned any others but I've played just about all of them.
