I was following Aper-caper ‘s Surf Champ thread and thought about how that game has one of my favorite cabinet art packages. The waves, surfers, and blue&yellow hues are outstanding in my opinion. Out of my collection, Ship Ahoy is my favorite with the pirate ships. Thoughts...?

I've always thought my King Pin's art was really cool

Always liked Centaur and Barracora, just to name a few.

I know this in the EM section but...
RZ has to have the best cabinet art ever.

So so many.. Hulk is one of my favorites.

I've kinda always wondered if the cabinet artist on older machines was the same as the playfield or backglass artist, or if there was a artist specialty to doing the 'simpler' stencil art. Stern Dracula comes to mind from my collection, the playfield is so different from the backglass which is so different from the cabinet art, although the plastics look like the backglass.

No worries, the Hulk is pretty damn close and I’m a big fan.

Holy cannolis, that RZ is epic! I’ve never seen one before.

Not mine, but I thought the EM homebrew Quidditch side art was epic.

That has crossed my mind too. I know Bank Shot is a great game, but it seems like the different art departments weren’t talking to each other at the time. All they knew was it was Some kind of a pool theme.

Wow, that’s awesome! It’s times like this when I wish there was another upvote option like a Super-upvote, a two thumbs up, or something.

Im not sure if we are strictly talking EM cab art, stencil art in general, or all cab art...but since we are in the "EM pinball hangout," I will share my favorite EM cab art:

I have always liked the non conventional EM choice of CAB art without a white base background.
Like Bank A Ball or Hit the Deck

Ahhh, I also didn't notice this was in the EM hangout. Personally I love the the colors and design on my Kings and other Williams woodrails.
