Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat were my games back in college. Most of my Street Fighter experience ended with Super SF2 Turbo which was always my favorite. In the past 10 years with my arcade collecting I have gotten into later games also. Played a little 3rd Strike and it was very cool. I need to get myself a CPS3 setup. I ended up selling my Big Blue restore that had a CPS2 multi in it to fund my Metallica Pin so now I am restoring another Big Blue, 1st Gen this time as a Street Fighter CE. I have a CE, Super SF2, Super SF2T and a few other CPS2 fighters to go in it.

I also had a MK1 Multi and a MK2 that I restored but both were sold due to lack of space in the old house. They will be back eventually. I am going to try and locate a Blast City or two here on the East Coast eventually.

Finally got around today to finish up most of the work on my Big Blue. This one was a labor of love. It was pretty beat up when I got it.
Lots of stripping and repairs to get it where it is now. It's been in an "almost" complete stage for months now so today I decided to finish it up and get it playable.

Got rid of the Soul Calibur marquee and control panel. I also put in new sticks, buttons, and switches. Now it's a proper Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition. I still have to get a bezel and the side art medallions. I currently have Street Fighter 2 CE in it as well as Super SF2, Super SF2 Turbo, and Xmen Vs Street Fighter. Now that I have a work SF Machine it might be time to find another Mortal Kombat to restore and keep this time.
