Quoted from Quench:

Ouch!
Would think most are green. Here's a side by side of the two from earlier in this thread:

Have a look through this threads image gallery for more pics:

Thankyou Quench,
I prefer the green so i will probably stick with that color
i thought it may have changed color over time like the playfield

I have a wreck of a fathom that has heaps of parts missing and broken.
swinks has already helped out with these

The trough switch wire is broken

Just asking if this switch wire is correct from my centaur

Quoted from meSz:

Mudflaps, yours appear to be bent as well. I have two Fathoms here and both look like the below.....
[quoted image]

Thanks for your help
meSz

it looks like the the switch wire is the same or similar to the last switch in centaur

Quoted from cooked71:

How many fathoms have the black trim around the front of the backbox? I assumed mine was just an operator hack, but surprised to see Pinoffski ’s has exactly the same? Was it possibly another “factory” variation like the yellow. And on mine the backbox stand is also matching black. [quoted image][quoted image]

Just must of been the thing to do back in the day .
Definitely original colour under the black.
The hardest decision to do is to sand of the original artwork..

Quoted from BigAl56:

Those exact sockets are no longer made as they were an inferior design. Similar wedge lamp sockets are commonly available at all the usual places.

could you share were they are ?

as far as i know you have to change out to bayonet type sockets

you can buy a board type as a replacement for fathom the same as kiss
