I am trying to get my Fathom up and running and I have a situation I find odd. The drop targets do not score any points until you lock a ball. This is for both the top drops and the ones on the right side. Once a ball is locked the drop targets score when they are dropped. I find it hard to believe you don't getting any points after hitting a target. Is this normal game play, a game setting or do I have a problem somewhere?

Targets do register in test mode. I am not seeing a setting related to this. Anyone else have an idea?

The lights do not light on the playfield either when the targets drop. The switches do register in test mode.
