What dimensions are you guys using when requesting a quote from Fastenal? I'm trying to get a quote to ship a Bally EM and the 1st response I got was that it was too big.

In the past I provided the footprint of the pallet, weight and height at the tallest point.

Just FYI, Fastenal only insures your shipment if it's fully enclosed in a crate. If it's just on it's legs or strapped to a pallet, they give you zero insurance.
