Having trouble using contact form in website.. Just me? Wondering if the bundle ships with any documentation about connecting wires to the boards, set/up, etc? Also about lighting on top of the pf? Is there any way to run traditional sockets and/or a lamp matrix? I'm assuming flashers would be straight forward?

    Aaron,

Are there specs up on the controller anywhere? I feel like I saw them at one point a while ago but now I can't find them. Curious what the difference is between the regular and nano as well.. and if there's possibility of seeing a stand-alone switch board with no drivers attached at some point or vice-versa?

This is awesome wolfmarsh!! Thanks for posting and hopefully continuing to post what's the difference on the nano board vs full-size feature-wise? And what were you using previous to fast?

Sweet!! Who built the cab? Friend of yours, you, or is there somewhere local I could commission one?

This will be sweet to see getting built up!

A super boring live pinball build happening now! Ha

Just checked in -- up late building pinball.. Love it!! That's coming together great! Hope to see some flipping videos soon.

Your dad did an amazing job on cab freehand!! Was hoping I could get one done but looks like I'll just have to sharpen my wood working skills

Of course, wouldn't miss it. I will be sure to stop by and see what the FAST skunkworks have been up to!
Hey! MasterMind Pinball! Make the right shots to build the colors for your guess. Wrong shot gives you a different color. Would look good in Color LED DMD!
DSP sounds cool for processing DMD data...

Haha spectrum is very much like this, already with the four colors.

It was there last year actually.. although as I recall it was not always on. That's pretty funny though. Beautiful game and fun idea with the ball shooting up from the center drain, very different from the typical. Nice video of it by TNT on youtube.

Any progress on the pf blanks? I finished my restore essentially and am gearing up to start messing with the FAST boards I ordered years ago and getting them running - be awesome to have a couple Playfields to start working with that were drilled and ready to roll

    Quoted from fastpinball:

Yeah! We have been cutting blanks for ourselves, getting it right. 20.25" x 42" and 20.25" x 46" cuts. We are going to do the kits with and without playfield wood. Also, lower 3rd playfields w/ shooter lanes at the dimensions above. We can setup for a widebody, as well.
I think we are going to try and do another meetup here in November at the FAST space in Gig Harbor. It would be cool to have you down!

Right on- a couple lower 3rd cuts would be sweet and save a lot of time! Love to make the meetup in nov

Is there a slack channel for FAST pinball?

    Yes — it’s “ fastPinball “

Or Amazon — they are essentially these that a number of people are using:

Except you can get the much cheaper non-waterproof ones.. sure there’s a number of brands that essentially sell these exact same things, I saw them on adafruit the other day as well.

There’s ones done for the 3208, 0804, and 1616 that I think a couple people have done (myself included) - can’t remember which ones John had previously done.. possibly all of those as well. Happy to share one’s I’ve done as well

Here's the power filter, 3208, and 1616 boards. The power filter is designed to mount to the backbox via the same holes that go thru the board. I have a simple one for the opto board I will post up to thingiverse as well, in addition to a design for the fuse block.
