was going to use the dip neopixels on my Skyrim pin but you've saved me the trouble! nice little rgb boards mate
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:I'm curious how much testing has been done with the LEDs in a pinball machine environment. What lessons were learned from watching the WoZ failures?
I know I'll not be chaining them together but using them individually, using 1 wire each off my light board.
I will be sticking a 74AHCT125 in front of them as my microcontroller talks 3.3 logic, but the WS2812's want 5v logic, and the 74-125 will step 3.3 logic to 5v, with 4 outputs per chip.
Im building my own electronics for my own pin, you can see some of my board stuff in my Skyrim thread

basically, the WS2812's, which is the LED on these little PCB's FAST are making, requires you to talk to it with 5volts DC, my microcontroller talks in 3.3volts, which isnt enough. I need to convert-up my from 3.3 to 5.
Whats the Power Filter boards enable/disable interface? is the switch pin a high 3.3 or 5v or do I pull it to gnd to enable? I can just poke around with it, but it would be nice to know off the bat
figured as much, cheers mate!
btw, the 2x 3pin connectors look like they have key triangles but the key pins are not cut. not a big deal for me, just thought I'd let you know.
