I wanted to make a quick post and invite everyone to come by the FAST Pinball Booth at Wxpo this year. The theme this year has been "the process."

We have a variety of pins at different stages of developement, from "complete" to "first build prototype." We also brought a couple WPC games to use to demo of new FAST RGB DMD.

    So booth games will include:

    - Tattoo Mystique designed Brian Cox
    - Nightmare Before Christmas designed by Mark Incitti
    - Brooks and Dunn resurrected by Gabe Knuth
    - "Codename" (place holder title) a first build prototype by Mark Incitti, Mike O'Rourke and Aaron Davis
    - Sega Space Shuttle resurrected by James Edes and Jeremy Edwards

Fish Tales and Tales of the Arabian Nights are running our new FAST RGB DMD.

We will have examples of our new pinball build kits which we will be making available soon to help jumpstart the pinball creation process. We would love to hear from those building games and those who want to, but maybe haven't quite taken the plunge. What are the roadblocks, the headaches and even the victories. We have all "been there" and there are no "dumb questions!"

We also brought some vacuum form mold making experiments that we used to start the ramps for Codename, collaborating with Freeplay40. Really want create a repeatable workflow that lets people design and produce kickass ramps for their pins.

In the booth are many of the tools we use in the development of FAST products. Hot air rework stations, microscope, bench power supply, etc. Those who are interested in learning about surface mount parts should come by and check it out in person.

As always, we will be working away on our projects in real time (just can't sit idle!) and encourage you to come and hang out. Lend a hand if you like. FAST Pinball and Mission Pinball Framework creators, developers and users will be around all weekend.

Thanks to everyone putting on Expo and who made the trip to Chicago to share their Pinball projects with the community!

    Aaron
