Fast Draw Stepping Issue

Greetings... When I turn on my Fast Draw one or both of these situations occur. Sometimes is starts with TILT and I have to turn off and then try and turn the game on. When I start a ONE Player game, after the 1st ball drains and it goes to ball 2, it shifts to Player 2, then ball 3 will go to Player 3, ball 4 to player 4 and so on until the game circulates 5 balls for 4 players. What a nightmare. Never had any issues with this game until I had to move to another location. Any advice or assistance to a non-tech guy would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help and time. Take care. cheers, EJ.

So you press start and sometimes it works, but sometimes it goes to 'tilt'? Everything resets and it tilts and all the playfield lights go out?

So it's actually going from ball 1 thru 5 on the backglass... FIVE times in a row?
