    Quoted from bepositive:

    Greetings
General question no specific title . Cosmetics being routed game . Solid state as is complete . Its no big issue to value a working game . The question how to assess fair price to buy or sell on nonworking project ?

In general you can look into what games of the tittle you are looking at have sold recently for in decent working condition. Then assess what the game needs to become decent working game (parts) and subtract that from the current going rate of the game. Doing this you should be able to come to a somewhat fair price of what a project game might be worth.
