Uh, yes. That is why the name of the people who put this out are "A Bad Lip Reading". It is called humor 
. People who spend too much time interacting on Facebook and other forms of social media seem to have lost their sense of humor. They don't know a joke unless it has an emoji at the end telling them how to react
