Hey Boof-Ed, I looked at my F-14 and you may want to look at your ribbon cable going to the MPU and display, yours appears to be on incorrectly, here's a picture of mine where the displays work fine and I when I put my cable on the same as yours, I also got garbage like you did.

Wow I would have expected the left flipper to break like that before the right, with the yagov kickback hitting it all the time Anything can happen in pinball lol
