Sometimes it locks 2 balls, sometimes 3, 4.
It's set on ex. Easy mode.
Sometimes it releases 2 balls and is not in multi ball mode.
I imagine it's a ghost that only a pro could track down.
I did just get over 5 million.
What a cool light show!

Do a switch test.
Hold a switch long enough, say 15 seconds and watch the display. Only the one switch that you are holding should show up. If there is a problem there maybe 2 or 3 switches popping up on the display. Note all errors and let us know.
Went through all the switches.
Everything worked.
No doubles.
Couple flashes are not working, but I don't see how that can be related.
The ball makes no difference.
I tried.
I think this is a case of operator error. I assumed that all balls would lock on ex. Easy when you light up Tom cat.
Seems like it locks 2 then you need to light up tom cat again and lock another, then release.
What are the changes in difficulty levels?
