    Quoted from Zero4199:

I'd like to replace both if not all 4.

    Why?

    Quoted from Zero4199:

The top 2 are green label and the bottom 2 are red.

    These are the correct coils.

    Quoted from Zero4199:

    Lots of air balls.

Adjust the bats to be a bit higher.

    Quoted from Zero4199:

I have it hooked up right now according to my picture.
I ordered some fuses from pinball life

The diodes on the coil are shorted now, you need to replace them first then the fuse.

    Quoted from Zero4199:

The left flipper has on diode the right has 2.
    Is this normal?

    Not on parallel wound coils.

    Quoted from Zero4199:

Is there anything else I may have broke switching these wires?

Yes, but start with the easy things first. New diodes and a new fuse.

All four flippers should be the same. The EOS switch should be closed until the last 10 % of the bat travel. When in the up position there needs to be a 1\8 inch of a gap in between the EOS contacts.

    Quoted from Zero4199:

My soldering of wires is ugly but solid.

Just like anything in life, practice makes perfect. Keep up the good work!
