Look for playfield ware under the spinner on the top right and on the two pilots faces by the pop bumper where there's no Mylar. These are usually the worst spots. The game is very popular and it is easy to find replacement parts. The top rotating beacons have crappy sockets that will short out. The beacons run off a "snubber board" that controls a hard to find motor to rotate the lights. Check marco for parts. For my machine I found new playfield plastics.
There are several different versions of this game. Some earlier models have a different display ( sys 11a or sys 11b). Some newer models have pcb's for all the lights under the chevron inserts, the older have a row of sockets.
This game is very popular. Over 14000 made, they were everywhere, everone has played one, but there usually in poor condition. The Mylar and inserts made the playfield a gravel road. If you can get it cheap enough and are prepaired to clearcoat the playfield then you will end up with a great machine. This is a very under rated game.
