Just read a post from a year ago on troubleshooting a f14 beacon motor, as I'm troubleshooting my own f14 beacon light problem- hoping to get similar help, if possible (I started a new topic thread). What's slightly different for my issue is that my motor works (stutters at first, but works fine after that), but the lights don't. In my initial work on the backboard I split up the lights lines from the yellow motor lines because there was a short in the lights that I wanted isolated from the motor- Now I have a fuse holder between the blue/white lines going into the center light assembly, but no lights, unfortunately (see pic). I've been doing my current troubleshooting with the normal 4amp fuse in the normal place, and a 3amp in the new lights only line- from what I can tell, the 30vac is on the bulbs, they just aren't lit, which means I'm either measuring wrong or I'm missing something, probably right in front of me.
When I did robertmee's steps, I'm not getting the 30vac voltage on the exit blue/white line from the snubber board, I'm guessing this is part of my problem? I took a look at the snubber board relays- look like they're moving back and forth during the 16 test, or should they not be clicking back and forth like that?
