The inflation rate since January is the biggest in 13 years. It's not prices going up gradualy and making up over the years.

Imagine paying these prices for titles like Black Knight SOR,TMNT, or Munsters. It would have been a loss. Not saying they are awful but would never be worth it .

    Just think:
Stern is no longer payrolling the 2 greatest pinball designers. Steve Ritchie, Coding Lyman Sheats. Saving $$
    Just think:
You won't ever be getting a game designed by them ever again either, Negative $$
    Best of luck Lifestyle Brand!

    Quoted from NPO:

Maybe if big companies paid a livable wage for manufacturing and other jobs there wouldn't BE a labor shortage.

Never understood this theory,"I'm not going to work and sit at home unless I get payed what I want."
Its never worked that way until people were payed by the government to sit at home. Everyone I talked to are being offered double pay and bonuses to work to cover for the lazy. Take nursing for example or GE down the road from you.

    Quoted from WeirPinball:

can't blame anyone for taking what they can get these days including Stern.

You started this thread by saying "F you stern and your price increase"?

The solution is simple. Start buying EMs. I hope they make a comeback and people start restoring them. The 80s 90s games have gone up to there max value and no deals to be had. A classic revival would be just what this hobby needs. Tournaments, retro pincades.

Increasing $200-$300 every other year or so like it has is enflation. $1000 and a monthly subscription fee is robbery.

How is charging for a monthly subscription going to work in a couple years? By then JJ and AP will have it too, so are we going to pay all these subscriptions for different games? If someone is smart start a server company that combines all these game platforms as a single source. You'll be the amazon of pinball and rich!

This is great, watch how inflation has stayed gradual since 1971 compared to Walt Disney admission price!
