What size these screws are. It holds the wire forms in place to the ramp. Tried using PPS but it's a pain in the butt.

The next size down is a 4-40, and that's not a 4-40 screw. Your hex post or whatever you're screwing those screws into may be stripped or have a piece of an old screw broken off in it. Ramps rattle, they're usually attached with 6-32's or 8-32's. Look again, you're missing something.
