After replacing MPU board the machine will not start. it makes ding noise every 10 seconds or so. Not sure where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated

Some more clues would help:
Is the MPU a Williams board (if so, what version - should be 11A) or is it an aftermarket board?
Status LEDs on the MPU? What are they doing - if anything?
Post a clear photo of MPU so we can assist to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Ideally, if it has not been done: check all power supply voltages with a DMM before ever plugging in another board.
Are the displays doing anything at all?
