Quoted from damageinc55:

Found a show stopper. The old pf is flush with the ball locks/kickouts. New pf has a gap that will no doubt blow out if not addressed. Any ideas?

Could it be that the original one wasn't routed out properly? Mine was all the way up to the blue and the nos one was the same.

Interesting. So your metal kickouts run flush to the blue paint? I have an early production without light boards.

Same. Early production. Clear lamps at the back. Flashers hooked up at top targets and proto roms.

This is one of the pictures I used to put mine back together. Not my machine. Maybe off ipdb? But the same out to the blue.

Legs should be the 'short rib' version. WPC legs have the 'full rib'. Its only a cosmetic difference, its up to your taste.
Side rails need to be system 11 that have the flipper button hole in them
Lock down bar - I don't know if system 11 and wpc are interchangeable. If you went with that lockbar, you might have to change the receiver to wpc style (if they are different).

Lock down bars are interchangeable. Swapped mine between tomcat and WCS and was fine.

So far ....

@tomdk
I love the look of the black rails and lockdown bar. Id love to see some pictures once it's all back together. I may do mine the same. I did a playfield swap about 12 months ago. I had a nos playfield. I feel for all you guys with early production models. So many lamps. Mine wasn't dimpled either just to add to the fun.
