Any suggestions?

Check the left cabinet switch contacts, clean them with a file.

Filed the eos switch and nothing fixed.

You need to work on stuff that has both left flippers connected to, like the cabinet switch, the orange/grey wire from the cabinet switch to the CPU, cracked header pin on 1J-19 pin 2, relay on the CPU board.

Quoted from manadams:

How do I tell if relay is bad

Some early system 11 cpu boards had the left and right ground circuits separate. Later boards have both the left and right circuits tied together. If you test for resistance on 1J-20 pins 1 and 2, zero resistance means you have a later board and both left and right flippers would weak if the relay was bad. If you read infinity on 1J-20 pins 1 and 2 then you have an early board with separate circuits, solder a jumper on 1J-20 pin 1 to 2. Retest the flippers, it the left get stronger, then you know that 1/2 of the relay contacts are burnt and the relay needs to be replaced.

Quoted from manadams:

would that explain if upper flipper is flipping before bottom one?

The wires on the cabinet switch are reversed.
