I'm local to you and I saw this one. Something I've learned is if a normie says an arcade machine or pin is in working condition, there's a good chance it will still need work. They likely just mean it powers on at a bare minimum, or it might start but have a bunch of other issues. The playfield looks pretty good considering the condition of the cabinet. Considering the prices of pins here in CA I would be happy at $700 (or less) but others can chime in.
Project alpha-numeric games don't come up too often around here it seems, so by the time you figure out what you wanna pay someone might already be loading it up in their truck
