F-14 Blank Player 3 Display

Hello,
I haven't dealt with the display module in system 11s before. I have a F-14 Tomcat and the player 3 display is totally blank, seems like no power. The other three displays are fully functional. I've been looking at the schematics for a potential explanation. Nothing jumps out at me, but I'm no expert. I thought I'd ask here for second opinions. I'm hoping, on a long shot, it might be an easier fix since it isn't a segment issue or trashed output. Maybe it is just a power issue for that display module.

Suspect gassed out display. Send a photo front and back of the display that is out

Best to upgrade to.led and replace the whole module. The other 3 are probably tired and will fail soon.
