I powered games up Thursday (after the hall re-opened), checked them with a few test balls, texted issues & re-downed machines that had fatal issues. But if it didn't power up for any reason (fuse, plug, whatever) I left it the hell alone. I always pull the main fuse if a game I bring NEEDS to stay dead, just in case. Though I wouldn't expect anyone to plug in a machine.
