IMO, this is the best "all-around" show in the country because of the games, seminars, vendors and location.

Expo has *always* been the industry show, so you get lots of announcements and industry stuff there. If that is your main thing that you want to see at a show, Expo is the best show for it. Other shows do other things differently. Expo won't have the same sort of flea market that your shows in PA probably had, for instance, which to me would be a huge draw personally.
