Update:
Been cranking through tons of revisions in VPX to finalize a design, but being cautious of getting stuck in a loop where I’m constantly tweaking the design indefinitely. Forcing myself to move on and drafting up a layout with foam board, cardstock, and aluminum 1in strips (the strips are a nice alterative to work with). Have begun building a few early ramp designs in fusion and printing out some prototypes for testing.
Parts are coming in and haven’t hit any major snags with availability yet. Its surprising that some small parts (like various size molex connectors) are pretty difficult to come by, and a 6 month lead time is not uncommon…just finding ways to work through it. Working out initial wiring diagram and will post rev diagrams as they come.
