I ordered a plastic protector set for my Whirlwind a couple of weeks ago and it shipped right out. Last week I emailed inquiring about their ramp flap and got no response and just now I tried to order some plastic washer protectors only to get a "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time." notification at checkout.
From my experience Pam isn't the greatest at returning emails. I would call them via the phone # on their website.
