I was in on WOZ early on, but dropped out after delays and then playing the proto.
I was losing interest in MMr and was on the verge of demanding a refund...and then it shipped - and I've been enjoying it immensely. I feel for the people who are still waiting - I would have lost patience, too.
I'm in on Lebowski & still have patience for that, since we're still within the year it's supposed to be finished...and it's a special circumstance being a favorite movie and all.
Don't see myself ever pre-ordering again, though....100% when there is *no* game yet (Jpop, Alien, Rob Zombie). That blows my mind...ordering a game before you've even seen a real design, art or flipping whitewood. F that noise.

You can't compare old shitty-movie games to new shitty-movie games. Most people were buying them for $1000 because no one wanted that shitty-movie game in their house. A *new* shitty-movie game is going to cost $6k-$9k. No one will pay that much just for great gameplay. Theme *MUST* be desirable in the present.
